Bookings are usually on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday, but flexibility is sometimes possible at off-peak times.
The charge is fully inclusive and includes:
bed linen and towels
use of bikes
all electricity & hot water
Deposit:
A non-refundable booking deposit of £50 per week is payable on booking, the balance being payable 2 weeks prior to the rental start date. A refundable deposit of £75 is charged with the balance to cover any breakages, damage, missing items or excessive post-rental cleaning. All being well, this will be returned in full, less any telephone calls charged at cost.

Terms & Conditions:

The initial deposit of £50.00 per week is non-refundable and will be retained in the event of cancellation by guest

The booking deposit secures reservation until 2 weeks prior to rental start date.

In the event of non-payment of the balance by 2 weeks prior to rental start date, the apartment may be re-let.

In the event of cancellation by guest, within the 2 weeks after full payment, an additional fee per week will be retained (£125.00 per week for Low season, £175 for Mid season, £200 for High season or £250 per week for Peak season).

The breakages deposit of £75.00 will be returned, less any phone calls and any cost of breakages, damage, missing items or excessive post-rental cleaning.

The balance of the breakages deposit or full amount, as appropriate, will be refunded within 2 weeks of the end of rental.

In the event of cancellation by owner, all monies will be immediately refunded to guest, without compensation.
